What is the year model of the vehicle?
What is the engine, gas or diesel?
Have you checked the coolant level is OK?
Have you checked that the serpentine belt is OK?
Have you checked for leaks in the cooling system e.g radiator hoses, radiator, coolant stains on the engine block,etc?
