To print using black ink only, we press the "black" only. Since encountering color catridges, I am not able to print using black ink only. (even though the black catridge is full). When I press "Black" only, I get the message "replace [951 Z10 Yellow, 951 Z10 Cyan, 951 Z10 Magenta] Catridges. Help!!! Thanks.

To get it to print in black only you need to have sufficient ink in the colour cartridges as well.
The error message is saying that there's insufficient ink in all the colour cartridges so it won't print in black.
This is from the user manual:
"For regular usage, this product is not designed to print using only the black cartridge when the color cartridges are out of ink."
See p.98 of the user manual - Printing with black or color ink only to view the rest of what it says.
