Phone internal memory full

To increase the storage in the phone insert a micro SD card (up to 512GB capacity) into the phone and then move your apps/personal data etc from the internal storage to the SD card.

My first suggestion is to delete any apps that you don't use. If that doesn't lower it, then go to your settings and navigate to battery and device care. Once inside, click on storage it will show you a breakdown of what is taking up most of your storage. Now, the next thing to do is start cleaning out your storage by going to each problem spot and start deleting any unnecessary files and/or apps. Hopes this helps!
