Stuck on loding screen

@sadruddinj32854 if it is stuck on the HP splash screen start off by removing the battery from the battery compartment and disconnect the AC adapter. With the battery and power cord unplugged, press and hold the Power button for about 15 seconds. then try again.

If it is stuck on your OS (i.e. Windows) screen, it is possible that this is an OS error or that the HDD can't be read to load the OS. Check your BIOS to see if it recognizes the drive etc. Let us know what you find out so we can try and assist you further.
