Why is my phone cannot open?

Sorry to hear about your phone being broken! I can’t provide you with any repair advice right now though because I don’t know exactly what we’re working with. Please update your post to include the make, model, symptoms of your problem, and the troubleshooting you’ve already tried.

It is possible that this is a charging/power connector issue. Remove the battery and plug your phone in. Then use a multimeter and measure the voltages on the battery connector. Let us know how many voltages you get on the battery connector.
