electrical problems with my Dodge
brake light and signal only work on passenger side but i changed fuses and sockets checked for wiring

Check if there's a good earth connection for the rear driver side lights.
If the earth is OK use a voltmeter or a test lamp and check that the power is getting to the lights.
Here are some images from the 2002 Dodge Ram repair manual, showing the harness cable run and the connector pin out for the rear lights that may help.
