Here's the service manual for the model.
Go to p.29 to view how to check for any error codes that may indicate what's wrong.
If you have had the refrigerator since new and since it is <1 year old, contact the manufacturer's customer service section in your location, and make a claim for a manufacturer's warranty repair as it should still be covered by the warranty. Don't try and fix it yourself so as to not void the warranty.
