You may have a corrupted ISO file that you're trying to load.
Download the file again and try again.

No I tried the iso file is not corrupted
Did you make the install disc "bootable" and not just load the ISO onto the install disc?
Use Rufus to create a bootable disc drive and then load the ISO file onto the disc.
Instructions about doing this using Rufus are online
