How to fix a ghost touch on my phone screen,? Any one ?
When I use my phone it change by itself like logging me out or clicking back arrow or writing wrong words things like that. It's very annoying and feel frustrated when using my phone.

My recommendation is that you should get your phone cleaned under the screen (protector) and make sure that there is no dirt left. If that doesn’t work, try resetting. :)

@grace74377 that is an issue related to a bad display assembly. The digitizer (touchscreen) is malfunctioning ( there are technical reasons for it but too long for here) Replacing the display assembly will fix this.
First make sure you try and remove your screen protector, just in case that is what causes the issues.
