What should I do!?
I just bought a iPod nano off eBay and it wont work! It just has the padlock in the top left even when the hold switch is off!

@ubaldopatino sounds like your hold/lock flex is no longer working. Time to fix that. Here is the guide for it iPod Nano 4세대/5세대 홀드/잠금 스위치 리본 케이블 수리. While you do have it apart already, might as well replace the battery too iPod Nano 5세대 배터리 교체 You don't want to open it to many times.These are very difficult to work on and require lots of patience.
