@prasadgane15387 first you need to verify that this TV is a LG 32CS560, then you need to tell us about the black line. A single pixel vertical line is commonly caused by a TAB error, A thick black line is caused by a faulty ribbon cable from the driver board to the LCD panel or a failure of the driver board. A horizontal black line is commonly caused by a failed GATE driver which is part of your driver boards. As you can see there is no easy way to answer this, unless we have more information.
