@mohdmohsin in your case, you will need to replace the display assembly. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this video. If you don't have a heating mat you can use a good hairdryer or a hot-air gun. Do not overheat it. Replacement screen are readily available at many online sites.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
