My phone internet doesn't working

Check the data saver setting in the phone is not set to prevent data access.

Go to Settings → Sim cards and mobile networks → Set data plan → Enable Data usage → Data plan.

Restart Your Phone: Sometimes a simple restart can fix connectivity issues.

Check Wi-Fi Settings: Ensure your Wi-Fi is turned on and you’re connected to the correct network. If you are, try forgetting the network and reconnecting1.

Check Mobile Data: If you’re using mobile data, ensure it’s turned on and you have a good signal.

Reset Network Settings: Go to Settings > System > Reset Options > Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth. Remember, this will erase all network settings, including saved Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth connections.
