My phone looses touch

@frankcheruiyot could be caused by the touchscreen failing or by the touch IC failing. I would start with the easier one which is replacing the display assembly which does include the touch screen. Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for that, either use something like this guide or this video The guide is written in French so use a browser that does the translation for you (if needed). Replacement display assemblies are readily available at many online stores.

Should a new display assembly not fix this problem, then you will need to check your mainboard. For that you will need some decent tools as well as the ability to solder very small components on a very busy circuit board. Let us know if that is something you would want to tackle.

Of course, a few other things before doing all of this is to check your software. Make sure that all of your software has been updated. If that does not help, consider doing a factory reset. Before doing that you will need to backup all of the files (SMS, Contacts, Music, pictures etc.) from your phone since all of those will be deleted. You also need the username and password for the google account you've used to originally setup your pone. If you do not have those, you can't easily access your phone after a reset.
