Bottom case where the screws go in closest to the screen has cracked, and the screen hinge does not stay where you put it It has about 10 degrees of motion where there is no resistance, and then it stops. Lots of play in the hinge.
Are there parts available for the bottom case? Do I need just the bottom case and that will tighten up the hinges, or do I need hinges as well?

Hopefully replacing the bottom case will suffice and that you can re-use the hinges.
Not totally sure regarding what the model number is for a Book3 Pro 16", but if the model number of your laptop is NP960------, search online for BA98-03666A, to find suppliers that suit you best.
This is the Samsung part number for the base cover for the NP960 models and also for the NP964 models.
