My pc games were crashing a lot turns out it had a overheating problem so we took it to BestBuy to fix it they said i needed a new CPU fan because mine wasn't enough we got a new one on amazon it was fine for a day. Then randomly my games started crashing again so were my google tabs while watching Youtube.

Set manually or to default all the power settings. for the CPU under the bios, try to get/buy a good cooler for anything 100w+TDP CPU (like amd ryzen or intel 3ghz stuff) , don't activate turbo in bios if you have issues under gaming, if it's AIO(water cooler, try checking the water lvl or pump functionality).

What are the specifications of the PC i.e. make and model number of the motherboard, CPU, GPU, PSU, and how much ram is installed?
Has it worked OK playing the same games before?
Does the PC meet the minimum hardware system requirements of the games that crash?
