Try another keyboard and connect it to your PC just to make sure whether the Win key function still works or not in case the problem is not the keyboard but something else.

If you bought the keyboard from new and it is only 3 months old, get it repaired or replaced under warranty

There's a 2 year warranty on the product, although check the exclusions in the warranty to make sure that it is still covered.

Unless you have to due to no warranty left or it is 2nd hand, you can cause more damage than what it is worth when trying to repair keyboards, so go the warranty route first.
