Failing to run software update
Hi, my desktop rolls back windows 10 updates when I am trying to run updates. How can I solve this problem?

Thank you very much @gtip for the post. I think it would help for sure but it needs gurus I would say. I don't think I can to do it on my own I am not as tech savvy as this guy in the video. I appreciate.

Try running the Windows Update troubleshooter and check if that fixes the problem or if it shows any error codes when trying to fix it.

Hi @jayeff, the troubleshooter did not help. I had already tried it numerous times.
