Here's the MySono U6 Ultrasound - Service manual that will help.
Go to p.170 and follow the Nothing is Displayed on Screen procedure to check what the problem may be.
If it is determined that the LCD panel is the problem, go to p.228 to find the part number for the panel. Search online for the part number to hopefully find suppliers.
