Here's the hardware maintenance manual for the laptop.
Go to p.35 (41 of 60 pdf) to view the procedure to remove/replace the memory modules.
The laptop supports a max of 32GB of DDR4 3200 sodimm ram over two slots i.e. 2 x 16GB modules.
