Lens stuck and grit inside the camera

Hello, I got a Sony cybershot DSC W170 for cheap in good condition. However, the lens is very stuck and there are a lot of sand particles or grit inside the lens and screen. I've tried following all those YouTube tutorials on how to fix a stuck lens (tried cleaning the lens, banging the camera on my palm, restarting, etc.). I've purchased a new battery that hasn't arrived yet, but I believe I have to disassemble the camera and fix it this way. Now I don't know where to find a disassembly guide and I'm very scared to mess it up. At the same time, I'm determined to make it work. Does anyone have a guide or any idea on how to fix the stuck lens issue? (I'll plan on replacing the LCD also)
