How do I replace the screen for this laptop? Do they even still sell it for repairs?

Here's a video that shows how to replace the display.
To find suppliers of the screen, try searching online for the Asus part number only for the display that is relevant to your particular GA503 model variant.
Here's a list that shows all the part numbers for all the different variants.
Models :

Do you mean the LCD cover (laptop lid) or the bezel assembly that surrounds the LCD screen?
