When I put the key in and turn it there's power to the radio and dash lights but nothing happens.ivereplaced the battery,starter and the alternator.can somebody help me before I junk car I've only driven once

Here's the wiring diagram from the 2003 Accord service manual showing the starter motor circuit that may help.
You need to check if the starter relay is operating when the ignition key is turned and if not then it may be a faulty ignition switch a faulty start relay, a faulty switch on the clutch pedal (MT) or the gear shift when in Park (AT), a faulty starter motor or faulty relevant fuses or wiring in the circuit.

@haditwitht10621 you have no power anywhere but the Radio and dashlights? do the head lights turn on? Did you check the main power fuse? What exact year and model is your Accord? What engine size? There should be a 100A fuse (#1)and a 50 amp fuse (#3) in the under the hood fuse panel
