Where can I find the reset button?
i need to reset my camers back to factory settings

sherilyn, it does not look like your camera has a reset button. Looking through the service manual, as well as the user instruction, this appears to be accomplished by going through the initialize option. Cameras without a reset button require a manual power reset :
Performing a manual power reset
Turn off the camera.
Remove the battery pack.
Remove the button-sized lithium battery.
Allow the camera to remain without power for 30 seconds.
Reinsert the button-sized lithium battery.
Reinsert the battery pack.
Turn on the camera.
