@leilaloola you would need to press the volume up button on the side of the phone. You can also go to Settings --> Sounds and vibration --> Volume to adjust the individual volume sliders.

You can further increase the media volume limit by going to Settings --> Sounds and vibration --> Volume, tapping the three dots, selecting "Media volume limit," and moving the slider to the highest setting.

Now, if you have already tried all of this and your volume is still low or there is no volume at all, let us know what you have already checked. After all, there is always a possibility that this is a speaker issue :-)

@leilaloola, tendrías que pulsar el botón de subir volumen situado en el lateral del teléfono. También puedes ir a Ajustes --> Sonidos y vibración --> Volumen para ajustar los controles deslizantes de volumen individuales.

Puedes aumentar aún más el límite de volumen multimedia yendo a Ajustes --> Sonidos y vibración --> Volumen, tocando los tres puntos, seleccionando «Límite de volumen multimedia» y moviendo el control deslizante al ajuste más alto.

Ahora bien, si ya has probado todo esto y el volumen sigue siendo bajo o no hay volumen en absoluto, háznoslo saber qué has comprobado ya. Después de todo, siempre existe la posibilidad de que se trate de un problema con el altavoz :-)
