@kvojo2c86bstppn indeed a fairly unusual question but we do not know what your reason for asking is. Anyhow, use the 2006 Xterra Engine Mechanical chapter form the FSM to work on it. Page 108 and on shows you what you are asking

It's rare that pistons themselves actually need replacing; why do you think yours do? Are you upgrading to higher compression parts, or is there something wrong with them? Usually you just replace the rings and possibly the bearings.
