@aiedenntodd sounds like you are having issues with either the hinges or the display lid. The "white rectangle lines" could come from a damaged display cable which goes through the hinges. We will need to see what this all looks like. Post some pictures of this all with your question ๊ธฐ์กด ์ง๋ฌธ์ ์ด๋ฏธ์ง ์ถ๊ฐํ๊ธฐ We also need to know the exact model number for your laptop so we can check what parts etc. are avaaible.
