Washing machine powers on but...
What can do? When I press the power button, all keys are lit but I can't select the cycle as nothing else moves...Model WF8602NHS/XFA

With the washer powered on, is there a small childlike smiley face showing in the display window?
If so this means that the Child Lock has been activated.
With the washer powered on, press and hold the Spin + Options buttons (both together) for 2 seconds to deactivate the Child Lock feature
