screen condition cannot be touched
If the Poco X3 Pro cellphone suddenly cannot be touched when used, and you have tried replacing the LCD with a new one but it still cannot be touched, where is the problem?

@elgaprayoga if you have already replaced the display assembly which includes the touch screen and it still does not work, the next step would be to check the board connector. It is possible that the connector has bend, broken or otherwise damaged pins etc. If that looks ok, you will need to check the circuit board, in particular the touch screen IC.
