The laptop's BIOS cannot find a boot file to load i.e. either the boot partition in the HDD/SSD is corrupted or the HDD/SSD has failed.
The message on the screen shows that the BIOS has gone through all the available boot options e.g. HDD/SSD, USB etc and didn't find a boot file and has ended up on the last option (PXE input) which is to boot from a network Ethernet connection which is also not there.
PXE connection means that the OS is located on a server somewhere else and not in the laptop on the HDD/SSD, This is mainly used by businesses where employees' PCs are all connected to the one mainframe computer.
Check in BIOS to see if it shows that the HDD/SSD is detected or not.
If it is shown in BIOS then there's a problem with the boot partition in the HDD/SSD - corrupted data perhaps
if it isn't shown in BIOS then there's a problem with the HDD/SSD - loose, failed or a motherboard problem.
What is the full model number of the laptop as shown on the product information label on the bottom of the laptop?

PC boot failure is usually caused by power supply issues, loose components (RAM/GPU), or corrupted system files. Immediate steps include checking power cables and switching on the PSU, resetting RAM, and checking BIOS for drive detection. Corrupt Windows files, wrong boot order, or failing hardware (hard drive/motherboard) often stop the system from loading.
