How to replace my rocker arms?

I am going to replace my spark plugs and probably my rocker arms also, if I need to. I have 80.000 miles but I can hear the rad a tad tat. So I think I should. I might also like to pu in new rods. We will see if I need to. My thinking is if im going to do the spark plugs, I might as well get it all done now. I will also be replacing my thermostat. I could sure use any and all advice. Thank you in advance.

What is the year and engine size of the vehicle?

@bradh22824 there really is no reason to replace your rocker arms unless you know for sure they need to be replaced. IF anything, I'd be checking the lifters. Explain this "I can hear the rad a tad tat" a bit better. Again, we still need to know what exact engine size your Jeep is having.
