How to clean cooling fan

Try opening the device, cleaning the fans, then reassembling it. Good luck :). Also you will need a cloth, and a dust blower.

@ravindersin7554 since iFixit does not yet have specific guides for this laptop, use something like this video to work on it. Remove the fan and clean it with soft brush and a few puffs of compressed air. Double check that it does not make any noises and that the fan blades are not damaged etc. IF there are any issues with the fan, do go ahead and replace it. The cost for replacement fan is not to high and can ultimately ensure that your computer will work for many more years.

If it does get to hot, and you want to do more than just work on the fan, you want to consider replacing the thermal paste. Also, clean all the air inlet vents etc.
