What is the year and engine size (and type - petrol or diesel) of the vehicle?
Have you checked that the oil filter is not clogged restricting the flow of the oil?

@ndohnuemelvin besides the aforementioned items, how do you know your oil is not "circulating"? What have you checked and what issues are you having with your Santa Fe?
