@georgedevlin besides it not showing the files that create this, I would suggest you first backup your phone. Then you want to do some cleaning. Not sure what you do on your phone but Social media, streaming, and messaging apps store gigabytes of data on your internal memory. Time to clean this first:

  1. Go to your main system Settings and tap Apps.
  2. Tap the Sort icon next to "Your apps" and organize the list by Size so the largest heaviest data hogs should appear at the very top.
  3. Select a large app (e.g., Chrome or TikTok), tap on Storage, and choose Clear Cache in the bottom right corner.

What's important here is that you only tap Clear Cache. Do not tap "Clear Data" unless you are okay with resetting the app completely which will require you to log back into your account.

Next, empty the hidden system trash bin. When you delete any files on Android, the system moves them to a temporary "Trash" folder instead of actually freeing up the storage. You must empty these manually to clear the notification.

  • For Photos and Videos: Open your Gallery app. Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines in the bottom-right corner), select Trash, and tap Empty.
  • For Documents and Downloads: Open the native My Files app (located inside the Samsung folder on your app drawer). Tap the three vertical dots in the top-right corner, select Trash, and delete any files lingering there.Empty the Hidden System Trash Bins

One more thing I would do is to unhide and delete the System .Trash Folder. For that, you will need to download and install the official Files by Google app from the Google Play Store. Open the Files by Google app, tap the menu lines in the top left, go into Settings, and toggle on the switch for Show hidden files. Go back to the main app screen, scroll down to the bottom, tap Internal Storage, and open the folder named Android. Inside the Android folder, locate the folder named .Trash. Long-press on it, select the trash bin icon at the top, and permanently delete the entire directory.

This should help to clean some of the "junk" files and free up some of your memory. If that does not work you may have to perform a factory reset. Let us know what you find out.
