Just to add to the comment by @notbroken, here's the fuel filter replacement guide from the 2004 service manual.
Click on the fuel pressure link in the guide to see how to check if the fuel pressure is OK

Did you test for fuel pressure before concluding the fuel filter needs to be replaced? Most fuel filters are part of the fuel pump assembly residing in the fuel tank.
