@oluwatosino7299 what you are experiencing is called "Ghost Touch". That is caused by a failed touchscreen which is part of your display assembly. To repair this you will need to replace the display assembly.

Since iFixit does not yet have a specific guide for this, use something like this guide It is written in Spanish, use a browser that will do the translation for you (if needed). Replacement screens are readily available at many online stores.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
