Will this be an issue?
I noticed that there is some of a crack on the motherboard as I was removing component for the retrogem mod on the other side will this be an issue?

@christophe89153 it's a bit hard to see what you are referring too. I assume you are talking about what looks like lost solder on the bottom of the 3 pad. You may get away with re-tinnig the pad after a thorough cleaning with some isopropyl alcohol. Then apply a bit of solder mask to that bottom area. The pads as well as the trace look okay but check continuity between the 3rd and 4th pad. Hard to see but there could be a disruption of the trace. If so, a quick solder bridge should fix that.

My bad I'm referring to the highlighted area at the bottom of the pad what looks like a stripped solder mask
@christophe89153 does not look like it affects any traces or the solder pad. Use some new solder mask on those areas that appear to be scratched. Otherwise it looks pretty good.
I just did a continuity test between the the highlighted pad and the pin I was beeping
