Bluetooth not connecting and working

i connect to any Bluetooth output speaker or headphones the voice is broken and cant hear anything

Hi @anikeathba56989

Try using the BT device <15cm from the laptop and check if the connection is stable.

Is the WiFi working OK or is its connection intermittent as well?
