charging problem with phone

If the phone is not charging, have you tried using a different, known working, compatible charger or charger cable and checked if it started to charge?

Has the phone been dropped or gotten wet at all?

What have you tried?

Try using a different charging cable and plug.

Ensure the port on the phone is clear of all and any debris to the charing cable can insert properly.

Also try using a different plug on the wall to charge.

If none of these work, it would be a problem with the phone itself and then require going to a shop to be fixed.
