Bluetooth device not found

My bluetooth mouse does not appear to my available bluetooth devices list. I tried it to other laptops, and the mouse is detectable. But when I tried to my Acer Aspire 16 AI laptop, it couldn't find the mouse.

Hello, do you have other devices that you can connect to your laptop via Bluetooth, a smartphone for example.
