How to change the case

Here's the maintenance and service guide for the laptop.

It shows how to completely disassemble the laptop so that you can replace the hinges and the base cover.

Here's the parts list.

Click on Select Commodity → Covers (3) to find the part number for the base cover. I think it is COVER Base,Black,PL&AL,Type C Part No 01HW732 as the D Cover ASSY,for 2D&3D Camera,PL&AL Part No 01EP128 is for laptop variants which have the Intel 3D camera feature.

Click on Select Commodity → Mechanical Assemblies (9) to find the part number for the hinges. Best I can find out is that the two entries i.e. FRU, Hinge (L+R) Part No 01LV740 and Hinge ASM,Left and Right,for 2D Camera Part No 01EP115, the parts are interchangeable.

Search online using the part number only, for the parts you need to find suppliers that suit you best.
