Here's the service data sheet for the refrigerator that may help.

Enter the service mode and run Test #9 Error History Log as described in the sheet and check what error codes have been stored.

If there are any, the Test 9 Error codes chart shows what the codes means.

If it is an error 26 or 27 (FZ/FF high temperature alarm) is the compressor running and if it is can you hear if the evaporator fan inside the freezer compartment (at the back of the compartment behind a panel) is operating? It will run as long as the compressor is running but will be stopped if a door (either door) is opened and start again when the doors are both shut (the compressor will still run when a door is open) or if the compressor has stopped running.
