Need to change the processer

@alimousa94174 why do you think you need to replace the processor? What are the problems with the mother board and what do you mean by "mobile not respond". You first have to make sure that your phone's issues are not related to other issues like a simple battery failure, charging IC, or software crash.

You will need the schematics as well as the component layout file for you phone to work on that. The processor for your phone is a BGA IC. To replace it you will need to be skilled with board-level repair as well as have the tools and the skills to reball this IC. This is not an easy task and requires skill and practice. Check something like this video and see if you are equipped to perform the repair.

While you work on your phone, take lots of pictures. Once you are done with it, take those pictures and create a guide for iFixit.
