Background
This camcorder was released in 2011, and the manufacturing was stopped in 2014. This device has a 78x enhanced optical zoom with optical image stabilization. The 33 mm wide lens helps get a wider video/picture, even with closer objects. It takes a maximum 720 x 480 video in standard definition and captures digital photos at 0.6 megapixels for 640 x 480 pictures. Taking wide screen pictures with 0.2 megapixels for 640 x 360 pictures is also available. The camcorder can be purchased on Amazon.com for $250 by following this link.

Distinguishing this device from other devices similar to it is simple - there is no other similar camcorders that Panasonic has built, so look for the "Panasonic SDR-H100" on the side of the camcorder.
