If you're having issue with the external sound on your Contixo V8 (model number V8X), you can troubleshoot the issue here; this guide will show you how to replace the internal speaker. Find the edge of the tablet, where the front panel meets the sides. Use the plastic opening tools to pry the panels apart.
The back and front of the device can be reattached by lining them up and pushing around the edges. Be sure to do this around the full perimeter of the device to ensure proper connection. You will hear a popping sound; this is the plastic sliding back into place, and is normal.
Lift the face of the tablet.
