Resetting the device can help refresh the Bluetooth connectivity. Disregard the A33 on your Bluetooth source device. Hold down the A33 POWER and AUX button together for 5 seconds. The A33 should flash the volume LEDs and then reset and turn off. Let the speakers remain off for 10 seconds before turning it back on. The unit powers on in the AUX mode and you should be able to press Bluetooth and pair the unit with your device.
