By slowly following the guide and watching the video, I had a very easy time removing and replacing the battery on the iPhone 4. I would recommend the magnetic pad or laying a strip of tape down to put your screws on and have a very uncluttered work area in case a screw gets away. As the video and instructions say, pay very close attention to the pressure plate position when you are removing the battery connector screws. Placing the connector back down is a little tricky, you need to work with the connector to push the connector in place. I put the top screw in first, then the second. Good Luck....
