It would be nice if Shark checked this board. Apparently, they don't.

I have a Duo clean and not getting any sur flow. None. Everything turns, and there is nothing blocking the air path or filters. The motor runs, gets hot and I turn it off to prevent damage.

Someone from Shark needs to read these comments and provide some help.
