Well, first check your cable connecting to the PCB, then make sure you haven’t oriented the screen wrong lol… Yes, thats possible if the screen rotates with the way you are holding it

Flashing white screen could mean a faulty video cable, meaning a faulty screen replacement, i own a company that fixes devices, if you didn’t mind sending it away, i wouldn’t mind fixing it free of charge, except the cost of the screen replacement, or i could direct you to get another screen replacement kit and try again. either way, just lemme know what you think.

First off, the PCB is likely to be the cause in this, the connector(s) on the board itself sounds bad, and second off the camera would work and so would the home button unless you have a china model
