Hello there! My name is Richard Pan and I am a sophomore at UC Davis with a major in design.

My aspiration is becoming a UI/UX designer in the future, creating products or interaction for different fields. There are a lot skills required for an interactive designer like coding, computer skills, drawing draft of products and so on. I think my accomplishment of the portfolio is what I am proud of, which shows various aspects of artistic skills and ideas from me.

I have some repair experience with shoes and furnitures, but they are not quite professional. I won some awards and recognition about drawing and painting before when I was young. I think I belong to the Asian culture society. For my hobbies, I like to play basketball and going to the gym in my spare time.

I think this project is related to me since the repairing procedure can help me more learning some skills about design. The teamwork is also one of the most important element for future design. There is a fun fact about me that I start to do art when I was only three years old that I draw on the paper everyday by the markers although I do not know what I am drawing.
